Riyadh, Saudi Arabia –03- September 2025 – The Saudi Culinary Arts Commission, one of 11 sector-specific commissions under the Ministry of Culture, will participate in the International Gastronomy Village in Paris, France, from September 11 to 14, 2025.
Through this participation, the Commission will spotlight the richness of Saudi cuisine to global audiences, offering an authentic experience that combines deep-rooted heritage with contemporary creativity.
The Commission will also support Saudi residents in Paris presenting booths that feature traditional dishes and culinary narratives. Visitors to the International Gastronomy Village will be able to explore Saudi flavors through live cooking demonstrations, tastings, and cultural storytelling, reflecting the Kingdom’s unique identity. The offerings will range from time-honored recipes to innovative interpretations of Saudi flavors.
Among the Saudi chefs featured are:
- Chef Abdullatif Al-Rashoudi, founder of Lâm Café & Bakery in Paris, who masterfully blends Saudi ingredients with refined French pastry techniques.
- Chef Om Mohammed, celebrated for her modern interpretations of authentic Saudi dishes at international culinary events.
By facilitating this presence, the Culinary Arts Commission reaffirms its mission to provide a global platform for Saudi chefs, enabling them to share their skills and perspectives. This participation underscores the Commission’s commitment to showcasing cuisine as a cultural bridge that connects people and fosters international dialogue.
