Riyadh, KSA – 11-September- 2025: The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) is set to present two extraordinary international musical evenings this September, featuring the legendary Gipsy Kings featuring Tonino Baliardo and the world-renowned sitar virtuoso Anoushka Shankar.

The first concert will take place on Thursday, September 18, when the Gipsy Kings bring their globally celebrated blend of Spanish flamenco and Latin pop to Riyadh. Known for their electrifying performances and timeless hits, the band promises an unforgettable evening of rhythm and passion.

The second concert, on Saturday, September 20, will showcase the brilliance of Anoushka Shankar, one of the world’s most acclaimed sitar players. Famed for her mastery of classical Indian traditions and innovative cross-genre collaborations, Shankar’s performance will offer audiences a distinctive musical journey that bridges heritage and contemporary artistry.

These landmark events reflect RCRC’s ongoing commitment to enriching Riyadh’s cultural landscape and fostering greater engagement with global arts. By hosting such prestigious international performances, RCRC continues to advance the Kingdom’s cultural infrastructure, elevate the quality of life for residents and visitors, and reinforce Riyadh’s growing reputation as a premier regional and international cultural hub — all in alignment with the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.
