Jeddah: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Saudi Arabia Chairman Chaudhry Akram Gujjar hosted a grand dinner in honor of renowned educationist and prominent social figure from Gujrat, Chaudhry Allah Ditta Warraich. The event was well-attended by Pakistan’s Consul General Khalid Majid, consulate officials, social leaders, and distinguished community members.
In his welcome address, host Chaudhry Akram Gujjar congratulated Chaudhry Allah Ditta Warraich on the successful performance of Umrah and paid rich tribute to his lifelong contributions in the fields of education and social welfare.
The gathering was also addressed by Consul General Khalid Majid, former Federal Minister Chaudhry Shehbaz Hussain, Chairman Kashmir Committee Masood Ahmed Puri, Chairman Jammu & Kashmir Overseas Community Engineer Arif Mughal, General Secretary of Pakistan National Solidarity Forum Chaudhry Zaheer Ahmed, and former Adviser to the Chief Minister of Punjab Chaudhry Azhar Abbas Warraich.
Speakers extended their heartfelt congratulations to Chaudhry Allah Ditta Warraich, commended his educational and social services, and prayed for his health and long life. They also appreciated the community services of his son, Chaudhry Azhar Warraich, acknowledging his active role and contributions.
Addressing the recent flood crisis in Pakistan, the speakers appealed to overseas Pakistanis to contribute generously to the Flood Relief Fund and stressed the importance of standing shoulder to shoulder with their fellow countrymen during this challenging time.
The evening concluded with special prayers for Pakistan’s safety, prosperity, and development, as well as for the freedom of Kashmir and Palestine.
