Riyadh: On the occasion of Saudi Arabia’s 95th National Day, the renowned adventure and exploring tours company STG – Dare to Discover organized a spectacular and memorable event. Led by the company’s founder, Mr. Kashan from Pakistan, the expedition brought together 18 SUVs and more than 40 adventure enthusiasts.
The event took place in Al Qasab, located about 180 kilometers from Riyadh. This region is well-known for its golden sand dunes, ancient oases, and cultural heritage. Its salt lakes, from which salt is extracted and transported to local markets and restaurants, highlight the historical and economic importance of the area.
Participants faced multiple challenges during the off-road journey, including vehicles getting stuck in the sand. However, through teamwork and determination, the group overcame every obstacle. Along the way, new sites were discovered, offering opportunities not only for off-road driving but also for an immersive camping experience under the stars.
To mark Saudi National Day, a short ceremony was held where attendees expressed their love and solidarity with the Kingdom. The gathering brought together people from diverse backgrounds, including Pakistani, Bangladeshi, British, Saudi, and many other nationalities, showcasing unity and cultural harmony.
It has become a hallmark of STG – Dare to Discover to explore new destinations each year and celebrate Saudi National Day in a unique and adventurous way.
This year’s expedition was not only about discovering new landscapes but also about strengthening bonds of friendship, promoting unity, and celebrating the spirit of patriotism.
