Riyadh (Saudi Arabia):
The three-day Climate Control Conference held in Riyadh concluded successfully. Experts from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and other countries participated in the event. Participants stressed the importance of adopting modern technologies in light of changing climatic conditions to effectively address global environmental challenges.
On the final day, a grand award ceremony took place, attended by Princess Nadia Al-Jasser Al Saud, Dr. Ahmed Al-Yamani (President of Prince Sultan University), Abdulaziz Al-Ahmad, several Saudi business figures, Pakistani experts, and international delegates.
Speakers noted that Saudi Arabia, like the rest of the world, is facing the impacts of climate change, with rising temperatures in the Arab region being particularly concerning. They emphasized that research, innovation, and the adoption of advanced solutions in the field of climate control are essential.
Outstanding professionals and organizations were honored with awards during the ceremony. A Pakistani company also received a special award. The company’s owner, Shakeel Ahmed Kayani, remarked that the rapid progress in Saudi Arabia’s climate control sector is commendable and is paving the way for sustainable development across the region.
