The grand opening ceremony of the 6th edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games was held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. Athletes, officials, and distinguished guests from 57 Islamic countries, including Pakistan, participated in the event.

During the ceremony, athletes from various nations marched proudly holding their national flags, symbolizing the unity of the Muslim Ummah and the spirit of international sportsmanship. The event was further enlivened by traditional Arabic culture, music, dance performances, and a spectacular fireworks display.

More than 3,000 athletes are participating in this edition of the Games, competing across multiple sports disciplines to bring glory to their respective countries. The Pakistani contingent also took part in the opening ceremony with great enthusiasm and national pride.

At the conclusion, the host nation, Saudi Arabia, reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening brotherhood, peace, and positive relations among Islamic countries through sports.
