Office bearers of the Pak Media Journalists Forum held an introductory meeting with the newly appointed Consul General of Pakistan in Jeddah, Mr. Syed Mustafa Rabbani. The meeting was held in a cordial atmosphere, during which matters of mutual interest, issues faced by the Pakistani community, and consular services were discussed in detail.
Speaking on the occasion, Consul General Syed Mustafa Rabbani stated that addressing the issues of the Pakistani community residing in Saudi Arabia is his top priority, and the doors of the consulate remain open for all. He emphasized that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia share strong, historic, and brotherly relations, which need to be further strengthened through collective efforts. He also appreciated the positive and constructive role of the media.
The Consul General further informed that the new building of the Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah has been completed and will soon become operational. He said the new facility will overcome resource constraints and operate under a modern digital system, significantly improving the delivery of consular services to the Pakistani community.
Chairman of Pak Media Journalists Forum, Chaudhry Noorul Hassan Gujjar, welcomed the Consul General on his new appointment and appreciated his vision and community-friendly policies. President of the Forum, Fahad Rafiq Khokhar, thanked the Consul General and reiterated that the Pak Media Journalists Forum will continue to play an active role in highlighting community issues and promoting a positive image of Pakistan.
Senior Vice President Hassan Butt, Joint Secretary Atif Tanoli, Imtiaz Qureshi, Muhammad Kashif, along with other office bearers and members, were also present. The participants assured their full cooperation and termed the meeting a significant step towards strengthening future coordination and collaboration.
