Riyadh:
A dignified ceremony was held in Riyadh under the auspices of the Pakistan Muslim League (N) to honor the overseas Pakistani community. The event was organized by PML-N Saudi Arabia Joint Secretary Chaudhry Sajjad Ali, while senior PML-N leader Dr. Saeed Ahmed, who arrived from the United States, attended as the chief guest.

The ceremony was attended by office-bearers of Pakistan Muslim League (N) residing in Saudi Arabia, party workers, and a large number of members of the overseas Pakistani community. Participants appreciated the initiatives taken by the PML-N leadership and government for the welfare of overseas Pakistanis.

While addressing the gathering, representatives of the overseas community stated that the government’s steps to further strengthen the Protector of Passports system and to integrate soft skills training are highly commendable. They said these measures would enable Pakistani skilled workers going abroad to acquire modern skills, leading to better employment opportunities and enhancing Pakistan’s positive image internationally.

The participants further emphasized that such initiatives should have been introduced much earlier so that Pakistani manpower could acquire advanced skills abroad, secure improved jobs, and contribute more effectively to the development of the country.

The ceremony was also addressed by PML-N Saudi Arabia President Sheikh Saeed Ahmed, Riyadh Region President Adnan Iqbal Butt, Chaudhry Sajjad Ali, Makhdoom Ameen Tajir, Waseem Sajid, and other leaders, who spoke in detail about the issues faced by overseas Pakistanis and their possible solutions.
At the conclusion of the event, the speakers reaffirmed their commitment that Pakistan Muslim League (N) will continue to play an active role in safeguarding the rights and welfare of overseas Pakistanis.
