A proud moment for the Pakistani community in Saudi Arabia as Pakistani author Adnan Rafique Ahmed launches his book “Happiness: A Way of Life”, inspiring readers across all ages. This event also coincided with the successful organization of the VCEO quarterly program.

Distinguished guests from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and other countries attended the ceremony and highly appreciated the initiative, acknowledging the positive impact of such programs on society.
Speakers highlighted the relevance of the book in today’s fast-paced world, where stress and anxiety have become common. They emphasized that the book is not just motivational guidance but presents a complete way of life, offering principles for balanced and peaceful living.

It was shared that children have started reading the book and are benefiting from it, showing improvement in their thinking, behavior, and positive habits.
A special Q&A session was conducted, where individuals of all ages, including children, actively participated.

Yasmeen Khurram asked about the concept of the “Seven Planets of Life” and its origin. The response explained that it is based on lifelong learning. During earlier years at King Saud University (KSU), weekly presentations and discussions led to the idea of balancing seven aspects for a happier life, dating back to 2008–2009.

Hamza Ahmed questioned why this particular book was written despite the author’s expertise in other fields. It was explained that “Happiness: A Way of Life” addresses the current need for guidance on creating happiness for oneself and others, compared to technical subjects like Business Continuity, Project Management, or Crisis Management.

A young participant, Maryam Adnan, humorously asked what the author did in childhood. The reply was lighthearted, noting that like all children, there were playful moments, but not enough to get into serious trouble, bringing smiles to the audience.
The event also highlighted VCEO’s educational initiatives, which promote reading habits among youth and children through activities, tasks, and monthly and quarterly rewards, enhancing intellectual and academic growth.
Additionally, a “Creative Work Appreciation” session recognized the talents of individuals from different countries. Participants emphasized the importance of such meaningful initiatives in raising awareness and promoting positive change in society.
Prominent attendees included Adnan Rafique Ahmed, Mian Muhammad Akram, Eijaz AlRai, Nezar Al Turki, Saud Al Sahli, Col. Irfan, Masood Khan, Muhammad Anser, Khurram Mansoor, Rasib Zahid, and Arslan Waris.

The event concluded with appreciation for the organizers and hope for the continuation of such impactful initiatives in the future.
