Riyadh – The Henley Passport Index 2025 has ranked the Saudi passport 54th globally, reflecting a significant improvement in the Kingdom’s international mobility.
According to Sabq news portal, Saudi passport holders can now travel to 91 countries either visa-free or by obtaining a visa on arrival. This marks one of the largest annual increases in global access, underscoring the growing strength of the Saudi passport.
This achievement highlights the remarkable progress made in recent years in expanding travel freedom for Saudi citizens. Where travel options were once limited, diplomatic efforts and international agreements have steadily opened doors to more destinations worldwide.
The continued improvement in Saudi passport ranking is closely aligned with the goals of Vision 2030, aimed at strengthening the Kingdom’s global standing, expanding strategic partnerships, facilitating easier travel for citizens, and enhancing Saudi Arabia’s international presence.
