Riyadh, KSA – September 11, 2025: In a strategic move to enhance Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) capabilities across the Kingdom, Windmason Arabia Co. has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pakistan’s renowned construction giant Habib Rafiq Limited (HRL). The partnership aims to explore joint opportunities in MEP projects throughout Saudi Arabia, with a shared commitment to sustainable engineering and innovation in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
The signing ceremony was held at Windmason Arabia’s Riyadh office and was formally signed by Mr. Shakeel Ahmed Kayani (Business Development Manager, Windmason Arabia Co.) and Mr. Zahid Nadeem (CEO, Habib Rafiq Limited).
The event was attended by senior representatives from both organizations, including: From Windmason Arabia Co.: Mr. Tauseef Ahmad (Business Development Executive), Engr. Javeria Asad (HVAC Technical Sales Manager), and Mr. Yasir Riaz (Former Chief PMO, Lahore Times Square).
From Habib Rafiq Limited: Mr. Muhammad Asif (Project Director), Mr. Umar Khalid Butt (Project Manager), and Dr. Tahir Masood (Former Managing Director, NESPAK).
This strategic collaboration combines Windmason Arabia’s expertise in advanced HVAC and climate control technologies with HRL’s track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. HRL’s portfolio includes motorways, modern airports, energy power plants, and Pakistan’s first smart cities — Capital Smart City and Lahore Smart City. In Saudi Arabia, HRL has successfully executed landmark developments such as the Saudi German Hospitals (Madinah, Riyadh, and Abha), the Saudi German Hospital Medical College in Jeddah, and multiple power and energy projects.
