Riyadh (Rana Azeem) – Etihad Town recently organized a landmark seminar in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which was attended by Sheikh Shujaatullah Khan, CEO of Etihad Town, and Pakistan’s renowned anchorperson Waseem Badami as special guests. The seminar aimed to highlight Etihad Town’s ongoing and upcoming projects, while building community trust through transparency and timely delivery.

The event also marked the official launch of Etihad Town Phase 3, where detailed project insights were shared. Addressing the gathering, both Waseem Badami and Sheikh Shujaatullah Khan reaffirmed that Etihad Town is a trustworthy institution that consistently delivers ahead of schedule. They emphasized the organization’s mission to provide residents with high-quality housing, modern facilities, and a better standard of living.

Speaking on the company’s approach, Sheikh Shujaatullah Khan said:
“Etihad Town’s policy has always been transparent. We first purchase the land, then offer it to the public through easy installment plans. Unlike many other societies that collect funds for files and delay handing over plots, Etihad Town delivers projects even before the promised timeline.”

The seminar also featured an address by Hafiz Muhammad Asif , who announced that Etihad Town would soon be opening a dedicated office in Riyadh to directly assist overseas Pakistanis in resolving their property-related matters.

In his remarks, Waseem Badami added“Etihad Town has grown into a trusted brand known for timely delivery. Today, we showcased project footage as evidence of our successful track record. Every project we deliver outperforms the last, and upcoming developments will achieve even greater success.”

The event received an overwhelming response, with enthusiastic participation from the Pakistani community in Saudi Arabia, alongside attendees from Pakistan and Dubai. The audience highly appreciated Etihad Town’s efforts and expressed full confidence in the company’s vision for the future.
