Jeddah – By Noor-ul-Hassan Gujjar-The Pakistani Christian Community in Jeddah hosted a grand dinner in honor of Chaudhry Allah Ditta Warraich, organized by Community Chairman John Gulzar. The event brought together a large number of prominent Pakistani expatriates and community leaders in a display of unity and mutual respect.
Senior community member Peter Fulg Share warmly welcomed the guests, while Chairman John Gulzar congratulated Chaudhry Allah Ditta Warraich on performing Umrah and lauded his contributions to education. He emphasized that “we are all Pakistanis, and regardless of differences, we share each other’s joys and sorrows.” Gulzar further highlighted the unforgettable love and support among overseas Pakistanis.
Key speakers included Chaudhry Akram Gujjar (Chairman PML-N), Chaudhry Shafqat Mahmood (President Pakistan Investors Forum), former Federal Minister Chaudhry Shahbaz Hussain, Masood Ahmed Puri (Chairman Kashmir Committee), Engr. Arif Mughal (Chairman Jammu & Kashmir Overseas Community), and former Adviser to the Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Azhar Abbas Warraich. They collectively expressed gratitude to Chairman Gulzar and the Christian community, underscoring that “first and foremost, we are Pakistanis; community or caste comes later.” They called for collective efforts to ensure Pakistan’s continued progress and prosperity.
In his address, Chief Guest Chaudhry Allah Ditta Warraich thanked the hosts and praised the unity and affection demonstrated by the community. He prayed for the enduring strength of such bonds and for Pakistan’s continued development and success.
