    Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – The Saudi Ministry of Culture today signed a five-year Memorandum of Understanding with Nasdaq Corporate Solutions during the Cultural Investment Conference in Riyadh The Ministry was represented by his excellency Vice Minister of Culture Hamed Fayez, while Mr. Samir Siqal, Head of Business Development for the Middle East, represented Nasdaq International Solutions. The agreement aims to advance governance services, provide institutional consultation, and enhance the performance for Boards & committees. It will also facilitate the exchange of cultural expertise between Saudi Arabia and Nasdaq’s Middle East offices.

    The MoU will support cultural enterprises through education on global best practises, knowledge transfer, and capacity building in governance and institutional affairs. It focuses on collaboration in governance, boards and committee development, and the adoption of innovative solutions to raise governance standards across public and private sector boards in the cultural ecosystem.
