    “Riyadh is Reading”: International Book Fair Becomes a Hub for Literature Enthusiasts

    Riyadh: The 2025 Riyadh International Book Fair, organized under the theme “Riyadh is Reading” by the Publishing and Translation Authority, continued to draw literature and knowledge enthusiasts on its second day.

    The fair is being held at Princess Nourah University, attracting book lovers, students, researchers, and writers in large numbers. The organizers have provided a free bus service for visitors, while the taxi fare from the railway station to the university averages 25 SAR, followed by a 10-minute walk.

    More than 2,000 publishing houses, agencies, and cultural organizations from over 25 countries are participating. The event features over 200 intellectual and cultural activities, including discussions, dialogues, lectures, poetry sessions, and workshops.

    The book fair remains open daily from 11:00 AM to midnight, and on Fridays from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM. It serves as a vibrant platform for intellectual and literary exchange, bringing together writers, thinkers, and publishers from Saudi Arabia and across the globe.
