Riyadh, November 1, 2025 — The Embassy of Pakistan in Riyadh organized a solemn event to mark Kashmir Black Day, attended by a large number of members of the Pakistani and Kashmiri communities residing in Saudi Arabia, along with Ambassador of Pakistan, Mr. Ahmad Farooq.

The event began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the presentation of resolutions expressing solidarity with the Kashmiri people and condemning Indian atrocities in the occupied territory. Messages from President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign

Minister Ishaq Dar were read out, paying tribute to the struggle of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and urging the international community to play its role in ensuring a just resolution of the Kashmir dispute.

In his address, Ambassador Ahmad Farooq reaffirmed that “Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan, and the entire Pakistani nation stands in steadfast solidarity with their Kashmiri brothers and sisters.” He reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to continue supporting the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination at all international fora.

The event concluded with a special prayer for the martyrs of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK)

and a renewed pledge that Pakistan will continue its political, moral, and diplomatic support for the Kashmiri cause.
