    Pakistani Finance Community Gathers in Riyadh to Discuss Mental Health Awareness

    A prestigious event was held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, under the platform of Riyadh Finance Leaders Hub, in honor of Dr. Ansab Khalid, who arrived from the United States. The event was hosted by Naeem Qureshi and Zubair Khan Baloch and attended by prominent members of the Pakistani finance community residing in Saudi Arabia.

    In his keynote address, Dr. Ansab Khalid stated that although finance appears to be a dry field, maintaining good mental health is essential for success. He emphasized that many individuals suffer from mental health challenges but often do not express them, highlighting the importance of maintaining balance in life and prioritizing personal well-being.

    Zia Mustafa highlighted the importance of balancing professional and personal life for better mental health. Dr. Muhammad Azeem and Muhammad Danish noted that many individuals experience mental stress without even realizing it.

    Tahir Maqbool remarked that anxiety is often taken lightly, whereas it requires serious attention. Ammar Al Hassan stressed that companies should prioritize the mental well-being of their employees, while Azeem Sheikh and Shakeel Ahmed emphasized the need to dedicate personal time for self-care.

    Other speakers, including Mudassir Farooq, Mubashir Khan, Abu Bakar, and Fasihuddin, also stressed the importance of focusing on mental health.

    Distinguished attendees included Zia Mustafa, Muhammad Danish, Dr. Muhammad Azeem, Mudassir Farooq, Muhammad Nauman, Ammar Al Hassan, Zubair Khan Baloch, Azeem Sheikh, Shakeel Ahmed, Ajmal Niaz, Tahir Maqbool, Naeem Qureshi, Mubashir Khan, Abu Bakar, and Fasihuddin.

     

    The event concluded with a vote of thanks by the hosts, who expressed their commitment to organizing more such informative and impactful events in the future.
