Riyadh: The grand launch ceremony of Pakistan International Property Expo (PIPEX) Riyadh 2026 was held in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, announcing that the PIPEX Property Expo will take place on 24 and 25 July 2026 . This will be the 13th international edition of PIPEX , showcasing approved, legal, and NOC-certified housing societies and real estate projects from Pakistan for overseas Pakistanis.
Speaking at the ceremony, PIPEX Chairman Imran Khattak said that PIPEX has always prioritized transparency, trust, and quality. He emphasized that only authentic, legally approved, and government-authorized housing societies and real estate projects will participate in this year’s exhibition, enabling overseas Pakistanis to invest with confidence and security.
The Chief Guest, Mian Munir Hans, Chairman of The Hans Global Group , praised PIPEX for establishing a strong reputation through its successful property exhibitions in Pakistan, Dubai, and other countries. He expressed confidence that the Riyadh edition would set new standards with its professional management and international-quality arrangements.
The launch ceremony was attended by PEF Chairman Munir Ahmed Shad , Baba-e-Riyadh , senior journalist Rana Azeem , Waseem Khan , Zahid Butt , Ahsan Abbasi along with prominent business leaders, community representatives, and social personalities. Speakers encouraged overseas Pakistanis to participate in the PIPEX Riyadh Property Expo on 24–25 July 2026 , explore Pakistan’s trusted real estate projects, and benefit from secure and profitable investment opportunities.
The ceremony concluded with participants expressing confidence that PIPEX Riyadh 2026 will strengthen investment ties between overseas Pakistanis and Pakistan’s real estate sector while promoting the country’s property industry on the international stage.
