Riyadh, – The Saudi Culinary Arts Commission, one of the 11 sector-specific commissions under the Ministry of Culture, will return to Taste of London for the fourth consecutive year, bringing an authentic taste of Saudi culture to Regent’s Park from 17–21 June 2026.

The “Taste of Saudi Culture” pavilion will offer festival visitors an immersive journey into Saudi cuisine, providing opportunities to sample traditional dishes, discover contemporary Saudi products, and experience the warmth of Saudi hospitality.

The experience will highlight the rich diversity of Saudi Arabia’s regional culinary traditions and the ingredients that define them, from Saudi coffee and dates to sweets, teas, street food, and slow-cooked specialties.

A key attraction of the pavilion will be the live cooking area, where Saudi chefs will prepare a variety of traditional dishes while introducing visitors to the techniques and flavors behind them. Featured dishes include Haneeth, the traditional slow-cooked lamb dish, alongside Balila, a popular chickpea dish, and Mutabbaq, a crispy vegetable pastry.

Visitors can also enjoy Saudi-inspired beverages, including a mango mocktail infused with Haili Sarar, a traditional chili spice from Saudi Arabia’s Hail region. An ice cream station will offer distinctive local flavors such as Kleija, a traditional sweet pastry, and Sidr honey.

The pavilion will further showcase a curated collection of Saudi food and artisan brands, featuring pottery, perfumes, chocolates, dates, teas, coffee, dried fruits, and nuts.
