Frankfurt: An introductory event for New Airport City Islamabad, a modern residential and real estate development in Pakistan, was held in Germany, with Chairman Raja Sajjad Hussain attending as the chief guest.

The event was organized by Syed Khurram Shah, Member of the International Press Club Germany, to honor Raja Sajjad Hussain and introduce New Airport City Islamabad to the Pakistani community and potential investors in Germany.
The event was held at Shah Tandoori Restaurant in Rüsselsheim, and was attended by members of the overseas Pakistani business community, journalists, social personalities and community representatives. The participants warmly welcomed Chairman Raja Sajjad Hussain.

During the event, it was also announced that Syed Khurram Shah has been appointed Sales Country Head for Germany for New Airport City Islamabad.
A detailed discussion was held on real estate investment by overseas Pakistanis, the protection of their hard-earned savings and the growing need for modern and secure residential developments in Pakistan.
Speakers highlighted that overseas Pakistanis are increasingly interested in investing their hard-earned savings in Pakistan. However, legal protection, transparency, investment security and reliable development remain among their key considerations when selecting a real estate project.

According to the management of New Airport City Islamabad, the project is being developed with a particular focus on the requirements of overseas Pakistanis and international standards of living.
The development places emphasis on modern infrastructure, legal and investment considerations, a clean environment, green initiatives and solar energy, along with other contemporary residential and community facilities.
Chairman Raja Sajjad Hussain expressed confidence in the project and said that his own lifetime savings are also connected with the investment and development. He emphasized that, as a businessman himself, he would not support any decision that could negatively affect his own investment or the interests of people associated with the project.
He said New Airport City Islamabad is being developed not merely as a conventional housing scheme, but as a modern and organized residential community designed to provide both overseas and local Pakistanis with quality living and contemporary facilities.
Key features highlighted at the event included legally acquired land, measures aimed at protecting investment, environmentally friendly green and solar energy systems, modern infrastructure, wide roads, clean water, quality educational institutions, mosques and other essential community facilities.

Participants welcomed the introduction of New Airport City Islamabad in Germany and expressed hope that the project would create new opportunities for overseas Pakistanis seeking modern residential options and real estate investment opportunities in Pakistan.
The event concluded with good wishes for the success and development of New Airport City Islamabad, followed by prayers for the project’s prosperity and continued success.
