Riyadh: Renowned Saudi Arabia-based Pakistani businessman Tauseef Goraya hosted a grand and distinguished ceremony in Riyadh to commemorate Pakistan’s 80th Independence Day. The event was attended by representatives of the Pakistani community, prominent business personalities, company employees, and distinguished guests.
The ceremony reflected a strong spirit of patriotism, love for Pakistan, and national unity. Participants expressed their heartfelt wishes for Pakistan’s continued progress, prosperity, stability, and development.
Speaking on the occasion, Tauseef Goraya said that celebrating Pakistan’s Independence Day while living abroad is a deeply meaningful and emotional occasion for every Pakistani. He described Pakistan’s independence as a great blessing and emphasized that every Pakistani has a responsibility to contribute positively to the country’s progress, prosperity, and stability.
He also welcomed the strengthening cooperation and growing relations between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Türkiye, describing the close ties among the three brotherly nations as a matter of pride for the Pakistani community. As part of the ceremony, cash prizes were presented to employees in recognition of their outstanding performance and dedication. The Guest of Honor and distinguished guests were also warmly welcomed and presented with bouquets as a gesture of appreciation and respect.
At the conclusion of the event, participants offered prayers and expressed their sincere wishes for Pakistan’s security, stability, progress, and prosperity. The atmosphere became especially vibrant as the gathering echoed with enthusiastic slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad, Pakistan Paindabad.”
