LAHORE: Prominent political and social figure from Pindigheb and former General Secretary of Pakistan Muslim League (N), Tehsil Pindigheb, Chaudhry Sajid Hussain Khattana, has officially joined the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) along with his associates Chaudhry Abdul Malik Khattana, Haji Akhtar Hussain, Malik Amanat Khan Rawal, and Asif Ali Malik.
On the occasion, the delegation met Governor of Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider Khan, who welcomed the new members to the Pakistan Peoples Party and expressed his best wishes for their future political journey.
During the meeting, both sides discussed the development of Pindigheb and surrounding areas, public welfare initiatives, improvement of basic infrastructure, and practical measures to address the issues faced by local residents.
Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider Khan assured the delegation that every possible effort would be made to promote regional development and resolve public issues. He emphasized that welfare and development projects would be pursued on a priority basis to improve the quality of life for the people.

Speaking on the occasion, Chaudhry Sajid Hussain Khattana said that his decision to join the Pakistan Peoples Party was motivated by his commitment to public service, regional development, and finding effective solutions to the problems faced by the people.
He expressed confidence that, under the leadership of the Pakistan Peoples Party, he would be able to serve the people more effectively and contribute meaningfully to the progress and prosperity of the region.
