RIYADH: The Pakistani Global Industrial Forum in Saudi Arabia has held a press conference ahead of its special event scheduled for the 13th, highlighting its objectives, achievements and future plans.
The organisers announced that Syed Qamar Raza Shah, Chairman of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF), is expected to visit Saudi Arabia and attend the event as a special guest.
Addressing the press conference, Shahid Masood Chaudhry, Chairman of the Forum; Tauseef-ur-Rehman Goraya, President; Malik Sajid, Vice President; and Usman Bhatti, General Secretary, along with other office-bearers, said the forum aims to bring Pakistani businesspeople from various sectors onto a common platform, provide them with information about industrial and business opportunities in Saudi Arabia, and guide them in addressing their challenges.
The office-bearers stated that the forum has been working for the past five years to support Pakistani entrepreneurs and assist them in establishing industries in Saudi Arabia.
The upcoming event will provide an opportunity to discuss issues faced by overseas Pakistanis, challenges in the industrial sector, investment opportunities, and ways to further strengthen economic relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
The organisers said their efforts are focused on creating more opportunities for the Pakistani business community, generating new employment opportunities, and promoting economic cooperation between the two countries in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
