The branch was officially opened by Dr. Shaghafta Zarin, the Pakistani Minister of Commerce and Investment in the Kingdom, who, during her speech, praised the increasing demand for Pakistani sweets in Saudi Arabia, and considered their local availability a positive step and a source of happiness for the Pakistani community and lovers of distinctive flavors.

Dr. Shaghafta Zarin emphasized that the spread of Pakistani brands abroad is a source of pride for Pakistan, noting that Pakistani sweets are admired by Saudis as well as residents from various countries.

The Sougat branch in Riyadh offers a wide selection of traditional Pakistani sweets, sweets made with clarified butter, as well as various cakes and pastries, to give customers an authentic Pakistani taste experience.

The management of Sugat stated that there are future plans to open new branches in other Saudi cities, with the aim of bringing the authentic Pakistani flavor to a wider segment of the public.
