Riyadh – The Youth Forum successfully organized the “Welcoming Ramadan” conference, attended by prominent social and religious figures, youth, and community members. The conference aimed to prepare participants for the holy month of Ramadan, highlight its spiritual blessings, and encourage the younger generation to adhere to religious and moral values.
The conference included speeches from the head of the Youth Forum, Ibrahim Jat, the renowned scholar Ghani Siddiqui, and the social leader Atiq Rahman. The speakers focused on the virtues of Ramadan, the importance of patience and piety, and the role of youth in reforming society.

Forum Chairman Ibrahim Jat said: “Ramadan is not just a month for worship, but it teaches us self-discipline, order, and community service. Young people should actively participate in charitable work alongside their prayers during this blessed month.”
Al-Ghani urged the participants to strengthen their connection with the Holy Quran, to regularly attend congregational prayers, and to promote tolerance. He added that Ramadan teaches brotherhood, equality, and altruism.
Social leader Atiq Rahman stressed the importance of community unity, noting that these events not only inspire spiritual awareness, but also guide young people towards positive activities.
The conference saw the participation of young people such as lawyer Muath bin Fadl, Amir Hamza, and Abu Mu’min, along with representatives from the Youth Forum and a large number of Riyadh residents. The participants pledged to contribute to the community through worship, charity, and social service during the month of Ramadan.
The event concluded with a collective prayer for the safety, prosperity and well-being of the Islamic nation.
