Riyadh: Bazm-e-Shaheen successfully organized a vibrant Football Tournament in Riyadh, bringing together young members of the Pakistani community in Saudi Arabia. The event witnessed remarkable participation from overseas Pakistani children and teenagers, who demonstrated exceptional football skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the competition.

The tournament featured players aged between 11 and 17 years and was divided into three age categories to ensure fair and competitive matches. A total of 20 teams participated, creating an exciting atmosphere filled with enthusiasm, passion for the sport, and healthy competition. A large number of parents, community members, and football enthusiasts attended the event to support and encourage the young athletes.

The tournament was honored by the presence of Syed Saqib Zubair, Patron of Majlis-e-Pakistan, and Ibrahim Jatt, President of the Youth Forum, as chief guests. The event was organized under the leadership of Syed Mahmood, President of Bazm-e-Shaheen, along with Tauseef Ahmed, Usman Siddiq, Osama Farooqi, and Shoaib Nawaz, who oversaw the successful management and coordination of the tournament.

Speaking on the occasion, Syed Mahmood, President of Bazm-e-Shaheen, stated that the primary objective of the tournament was to promote healthy activities among overseas Pakistani children, encourage participation in sports, and foster teamwork, discipline, and a positive competitive spirit. He emphasized the importance of engaging the younger generation in constructive recreational activities and affirmed Bazm-e-Shaheen’s commitment to organizing similar events in the future.


The chief guests, Syed Saqib Zubair and Ibrahim Jatt, praised the outstanding performances of the young players and highlighted the immense potential of Pakistani youth. They noted that with proper guidance and opportunities, young Pakistanis can excel in every field and bring pride to their community. They also congratulated Bazm-e-Shaheen and the organizing team for the successful execution of the tournament.

At the conclusion of the event, trophies, medals, and prizes were awarded to the winning teams and outstanding players in recognition of their achievements. Participants and parents expressed their appreciation for the initiative and hoped that similar sporting events would continue to be organized regularly to promote youth development, community engagement, and a healthy sporting culture among overseas Pakistanis.
