Riyadh: Riyadh Finance Leaders Hub organized a special gathering in honor of distinguished finance professional Mubeen Faisal, who visited Riyadh from Al Khobar. The event brought together prominent members of the Pakistani finance community residing in Saudi Arabia.
The gathering was hosted by Zia Mustafa and Waliullah and provided an opportunity for professionals to exchange views on industry trends, regional developments, and community engagement. Participants emphasized the importance of balancing professional commitments with social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being and positive thinking.
Among the distinguished attendees were Zia Mustafa, Muhammad Danish, Dr. Muhammad Azeem, Zubair Khan Baloch, Azeem Sheikh, Shakeel Ahmed, Rizwan Ali, Dr. Ansab, Shehryar Malik, Mubeen Faisal, and Waliullah.
Speaking on the occasion, Azeem Sheikh discussed recent regional and global developments and highlighted Pakistan’s growing diplomatic and economic role in Central Asia. Guest of Honor Mubeen Faisal praised Saudi Arabia’s rapid development, technological advancement, and the achievements being realized under Vision 2030, noting that the Kingdom is poised to become a leading global economic and technology hub in the coming years.
Waliullah highlighted Pakistan’s strengthening position and growing significance on the international stage, while Muhammad Danish and Dr. Muhammad Azeem discussed the increasing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the finance sector. They emphasized that AI should be viewed as a strategic tool for planning, analysis, and decision-making, while human insight and experience remain indispensable.
Shakeel Ahmed and Rizwan Ali appreciated Pakistan’s recent diplomatic achievements and commended the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir for their contributions to regional peace and stability.
Dr. Ansab and Shehryar Malik expressed confidence that the coming years would mark a new era of growth, innovation, and global leadership for Saudi Arabia.
Before the conclusion of the event, participants offered special prayers for the speedy recovery of senior Pakistani finance professional Mudassir Farooq, who has recently been unwell.
Concluding the event, Zia Mustafa and Waliullah thanked all attendees for their participation and expressed hope that such gatherings would continue to strengthen professional networking, collaboration, and intellectual exchange within the community.
