    UET Alumni of Saudi Arabia Chapter (UETAS) Holds Networking Event in Riyadh

    Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

    A networking event organized by the UET Alumni of Saudi Arabia Chapter (UETAS) was successfully held in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The event brought together a large number of distinguished Pakistani engineers, experts, and professionals working in various government and private sector organizations across the Kingdom.

    The Chief Guest of the event was H.E. Ahmed Farooq, Ambassador of Pakistan to Saudi Arabia. Renowned trainer and motivational speaker Syed Qasim Ali Shah also attended the event as a special guest and addressed the participants.

    The event was attended by Mazhar Hussain, President UETAS, Asim Jamil, Vice President UETAS, Jawad Ali, General Secretary UETAS, Mohsin Ali Zain, Chair Riyadh Chapter UETAS, Adnan Laghari, Vice Chair UETAS, and Engineer Tariq Shehzad, who played an important role in organizing and managing the event.

    While addressing the gathering, Ambassador Ahmed Farooq stated that Pakistani engineers and professionals in Saudi Arabia are presenting a positive image of Pakistan and are actively contributing to the Kingdom’s development and Vision 2030. He emphasized that strong alumni networks such as UETAS play a vital role in sharing experience, guiding young professionals, and supporting national progress.

    The Ambassador further noted that such networking platforms help young engineers explore new employment opportunities, enhance professional skills, and promote educational and technical growth.

    He appreciated the efforts of UETAS and assured his full support for its future initiatives.

    The main objective of the event was to highlight the professional achievements of Pakistani engineers working in Saudi Arabia and to strengthen cooperation and networking among them. Participants also expressed their commitment to creating employment opportunities for young engineers and expanding private scholarship programs for deserving and talented students.
