    Riyadh: Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Finance, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, held a high-level meeting with H.E. Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan, Minister of Finance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh. Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Energy (Power Division), Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari, also participated in the meeting. The discussions took place on the sidelines of the Pakistan–Saudi Bilateral Finance Group Meeting.

    During the meeting, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb conveyed Pakistan’s sincere appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its continued support and longstanding partnership. He thanked the Saudi leadership for its unwavering commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and supporting Pakistan’s economic development.

    The two ministers reaffirmed their commitment to further enhancing Pakistan–Saudi Arabia relations and discussed new avenues for cooperation in the financial, investment, energy, and power sectors. Federal Minister for Energy Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari emphasized the importance of expanding collaboration in the energy sector to support sustainable development and strengthen economic ties between the two countries.

    Both sides agreed to deepen their strategic partnership by promoting investment, financial collaboration, and joint initiatives that contribute to the long-term economic prosperity of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

    The meeting reflects the enduring friendship and strategic partnership between Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and underscores the shared commitment of both nations to advancing mutually beneficial economic and development cooperation.
