Riyadh: The Saudi Ministry of Interior has announced strict penalties for foreign nationals attempting to perform Hajj without a valid permit. According to the ministry, individuals found entering Makkah illegally, staying without authorization, or performing Hajj without a permit during the Hajj season will face fines ranging from 20,000 to 100,000 Saudi Riyals.
