Jeddah, Saudi Arabia: The Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah, in collaboration with the Pakistan Investors Forum (PIF) , successfully organized a one-day Pakistani Mango Festival at a local supermarket, showcasing Pakistan’s premium mangoes along with a variety of mango-based food products. The festival was inaugurated by the Consul General of Pakistan, Syed Mustafa Rabbani , alongside Sheikh Emad Al-Aboud , Vice Chairman of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, and prominent Saudi businessmen.

The exhibition featured premium mango varieties from different regions of Pakistan, as well as mango-based biscuits, pastries, cakes, and other food products. The festival attracted a large number of Saudi nationals, members of the Pakistani community, and visitors from various countries, who highly appreciated the unique taste, aroma, and quality of Pakistani mangoes, describing them among the finest in the world.

Speaking at the event, Consul General Syed Mustafa Rabbani said that the Consulate will continue organizing such exhibitions to promote Pakistani agricultural and food products internationally and expand their presence in the Saudi market. He added that, just as Pakistani mangoes enjoy immense popularity in Saudi Arabia, Pakistani kinnow citrus also has strong market demand, and a Kinnow Festival will be organized during the next season to further strengthen bilateral trade ties.

The Consul General expressed his special appreciation to Chaudhry Shafqat Mahmood , President of the Pakistan Investors Forum, for his valuable support and efforts in making the event a success.
Chaudhry Shafqat Mahmood stated that the Forum aims to introduce high-quality Pakistani agricultural and food products to the Saudi market, enhance exports, and create new opportunities for trade and investment between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He affirmed that similar promotional activities will continue in the future.
The event was also attended by Saadia Khan , Commercial Consul at the Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah, and Dr. Zareen , Commercial Consul at the Embassy of Pakistan in Riyadh. They briefed Saudi guests and business leaders on Pakistan’s agricultural products, export potential, and quality standards.
Community leaders welcomed the initiative, noting that such exhibitions promote Pakistan’s positive image while opening new avenues for Pakistani exports. Saudi businessmen also praised the exceptional sweetness, flavor, and aroma of Pakistani mangoes, emphasizing that such events play an important role in strengthening commercial and cultural relations between the two countries.
The organizers highlighted that similar successful mango exhibitions had previously been held in Riyadh and Dammam through the joint efforts of Pakistan’s diplomatic missions and the Pakistan Investors Forum, receiving an overwhelmingly positive response.
